Hey guys!
Congratulations we have now been a guild for about a month!! I am so proud of our members and activity in the guild. Now it is time to continue to build on our structure through guild events. We now have a guild schedule! I hope that it will grow in the future and have more events.
Weekly Schedule:
- Sunday (8 pm EST): Guild PVP. Tackle the opposition in Thorneblade!!
- Monday (8 pm EST): 4 man grouping. Dungeons, Craglorn questing and events such as Dragonstar Arena
- Thursday (8 pm EST): Trials group. Take v10+ members. Work toward the weekly leaderboard in either AA or HRC
Please come out and participate. We will be holding these things on a regular basis. If you are looking for when other players will be definitely be doing something this is what I have currently set up.

Special Events and Guild meetings
In addition to these weekly events I am also going to be adding special guild events such as tournaments, achievement hunting nights, and special content based on interest from the group.
Also we will be holding in game guild meetings. Several members have expressed the desire to get to know their fellow guild members in game and share important information through TS. This meeting will not be vary long and will also allow our guild officers to introduce their selves and their in game duties.
1st Guild Meeting
When: October 19 7:30 pm EST
Where: TBD
Why: meet your officers, learn important information and then have guild PVP right afterwards.
Our first special guild event.....
1st Ethereal Army Fishing Tournament
When: October 26 2014 7pm EST
Where: Tamriel
Why: Cash reward for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place! Also achievement points
How: Using Bait provided by guild bank and donations

Recruitment:
All members can recruit. If you have a friend who would like to join you can invite them. However do not zone message spam recruitment. Ethereal army is a word of mouth guild to keep us small and make sure we have a stronger bonded group overall. If you do content with someone who you enjoyed playing with you are welcome to ask them if they are looking for a guild.
Guild Ranks Promotions (Basic):
Private: gain access to guild store. Must either apply on website or get on TS
Corporal: gain access to guild bank. Must do both website and TS

Guild Banks:
Our motto "Deposit what you don't need, Take what you need". We want our bank system to help others be able to craft, gain gear, motifs, recipes etc at little to no cost. We are a supportive social group and this is how our overall group gets stronger.
Bank system:
We currently have 3 other sub guilds for storage. To be apart of these guilds you must be corporal rank or better with minimum membership of 30 days in Ethereal army
EA Café: bank for provisioning and alchemy ingredients including recipes. Allows us to craft blue and purple food for members participating in guild events for little to no cost.
Ethereal Armory: Bank for set gear, Collecting dropped gear you do not know and distributing gear you may be looking for.
Phoenix Craftmasters: Storage bank of all crafting materials. Allows us to craft for members at no cost.
Ethereal Army: PVP siege equipment, potions, motifs and anything else you want to put in there. If any item or material should be placed in any of the other banks but you do not have access. Officers will move items from the army guild bank into its appropriate system.
